Foundation Tail Light trains newcomers in the Netherlands for state exams NT2 I and II. The Dutch government issues these recognized diplomas. They are an important necessity for living, working, and/or studying in the Netherlands.
In general, training for about one year is necessary as a newcomer to pass the first state exam NT2 I. Classes start three times a year and groups have a limit of six participants. One group starts in February, one in August and one in November. Classes are twice a week online for two hours. Participants have mandatory homework for at least two hours a week.
